Anila S. Rasul founded ASR Law Firm with a clear vision: to provide Floridians with accessible, modern, and highly personalized legal guidance in estate planning, real estate transactions, business law, and probate matters. After nearly a decade of experience at respected large and mid-sized law firms across South Florida, Anila set out to build a practice centered on clarity, compassion, and practical solutions; values that continue to define ASR Law Firm today.
Before launching her firm, Anila represented a wide range of clients, including national financial institutions, community associations, small businesses, and first-time homebuyers. Her early career focused on bankruptcy, creditor rights, loan negotiations, real estate title work, and residential closings – experience that now gives her clients a deep, well-rounded understanding of how financial, business, and property decisions intersect with long-term planning.
Anila has also led training programs and presented educational lectures on U.S. bankruptcy law for institutional clients across the country and abroad, demonstrating her commitment not only to the practice of law but also to empowering others through knowledge.
Today, Anila is proud to serve Florida families, real estate investors, and small business owners as a trusted advisor who helps them protect what matters most. Her practice blends technical skill with a warm, accessible style, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Anila is a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and the South Palm Beach County Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and she was honored as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2016. She earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from York University in Toronto. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
